Drop/Transfer Class Policy
To drop a class or transfer from one to another, login to the portal by clicking here and choose “Drop Student Request” from the drop down list following “I want to:”
Please be sure to specify which class you wish to drop and the effective day… such as “immediately” or “at the beginning of next month”. Also, if you wish to transfer from one class to another, please note that clearly in the request.
Remember, you must be eligible for the level of the class to which you are transferring.
We must receive all drop/transfer requests before the 15th of the month prior to the month in which you wish the change to occur, or you will be charged and responsible for tuition of that class.
Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
